Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the nature of coaching and inner work:

• All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• This includes 1:1 sessions, packages, and group programs

2. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error in billing

All such requests must be made within 7 days of transaction.

3. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE

InnerDialogue does not guarantee specific outcomes. Lack of results does not qualify for refunds.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

1. 1:1 SESSIONS

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in session forfeiture

2. NO-SHOW POLICY

• Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeited
• No refunds or rescheduling will be provided

3. PACKAGE SESSIONS

• Packages must be used within the agreed validity period
• Unused sessions after expiry will not be refunded

4. GROUP PROGRAMS

• Once a program begins, no cancellations or refunds are allowed
• If you are unable to attend a session, recordings may or may not be provided (at our discretion)

5. WORKSHOPS

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior may be eligible for transfer to a future session (not refund)
• Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable

6. INNERDIALOGUE CANCELLATIONS

If InnerDialogue cancels a session or program:

• You will be offered rescheduling or full refund
