Hi, I'm
Gandhi

I did not begin this work because I had answers. I began because I was searching for a deeper understanding of myself, of human experience, and of the subtle forces that shape how we relate to one another.

My professional foundation is in psychology, where I spent years working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and emotional pain. As I listened to their stories, a pattern became clear: our present struggles are rarely only about the present. They often trace back to earlier experiences — adaptations formed long ago to help us cope, belong, and feel safe.

Becoming a parent deepened this understanding in a very personal way. Parenthood has a quiet way of illuminating the parts of ourselves that remain unseen. In ordinary moments with our children, we often encounter reactions shaped by our own histories. I began to see parenting not simply as guiding a child, but as an invitation into deeper self-awareness.

This realization led me to train as a Conscious Parenting Coach with Dr. Shefali Tsabary and to study Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. Alongside this, my studies in Early Childhood Education and my connection to Waldorf education deepened my appreciation for the inner worlds of both children and adults.

Today, my work integrates psychology, conscious parenting, and compassionate inquiry, creating a reflective space where individuals and parents can explore their inner landscape, understand old patterns, and begin relating to themselves and others with greater awareness and authenticity.

InnerDialogue emerged from this personal and professional journey.

Today, I create spaces where parents, partners, and individuals can slow down and turn inward — often for the first time. My work centers on helping you develop awareness of the patterns and protective responses that shape your relationships, so that new, more conscious ways of relating can naturally emerge.

I believe our struggles are not signs of failure, but invitations into deeper awareness.

When we begin to see ourselves clearly — with compassion rather than judgment — something begins to reorganize within us. We find greater presence. Greater freedom. Greater authenticity in how we relate to ourselves and those we love.

This work is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to yourself — and allowing your relationships to transform from that place.

Why choose Inner Dialogue?

Conscious Guidance

You are not looking for quick fixes. You are seeking deeper understanding. Here, you are supported in making sense of your experiences - not through prescriptive advice, but through thoughtful exploration that helps you see yourself, your child, and your relationships more clearly.

Deep Personal Approach

Every individual and every family carries a unique story. Our work honors your specific inner landscape, helping you uncover the patterns, conditioning, and emotional imprints that shape how you show up — so that change emerges naturally, from within.

Rooted in Awarness

Lasting transformation does not come from strategies alone. It comes from awareness. Drawing from psychology, Conscious Parenting, and Compassionate Inquiry, this work supports you in understanding the deeper roots of reactivity, creating space for more intentional, connected ways of relating.

Compassionate Approach

You are met exactly where you are — without judgment, without pressure. This is a space where your experiences are deeply listened to and honored, allowing you to move at your own pace as you reconnect with your clarity, capacity, and authenticity.

Satisfied Parents

Sarah M.

Mother of Two

I was feeling lost as a parent, constantly dealing with tantrums and feeling like I was failing. Chandni's coaching sessions were a breath of fresh air. She created a safe and supportive space where I could explore my feelings and uncover my own truths. This self-awareness transformed my approach to parenting, allowing me to interact with my child with more empathy and understanding

Priya and Raj S.

Couple

Before working with Chandni, our family life was chaotic, and my spouse and I were struggling to stay connected. What stood out the most was her ability to hold space for us, allowing us to voice our concerns and discover our own solutions. This deeper self-awareness helped us see each others behavior in a new light and respond with empathy rather than frustration. Our home is now much calmer, and our bond as a couple has never been better.
